A snapshot is a record of the status of a verifiable item in a provider's credentialing instance at the moment that item was marked as "verified." The snapshot is an archived read-only record of the item information, the date it was verified, and the symplr Provider user who marked it as verified. Removing the verified status from the item will discard the snapshot and allow you to edit the record.

An associated activity is used during the credentialing process in a multi-entity symplr Provider system to allow each entity to record entity-specific data related to the credentialing instance.

Use the Credentialing Manager form to update multiple credentialing instances at once. Instances are organized into the following groups to assist you in locating the instances you want to update.
-
Active credentialing instances or credentialing instances in process
-
All credentialing instances with a specific status, such as "Approved" or "Recommended"
-
All credentialing instances belonging to a specific credentialing group
Using the Send To feature, you can also send providers directly to Application Manager.
The Credentialing Manager can be opened from Quick Launch, or within some forms, such as Credentialing Group. When opened from Quick Launch, the Find Credentialing Records stepper will help you select the appropriate records.
